Music and Message

Join me for Music and Message. A sample of music videos that propel you on a journey of a songwriter seeing the light. I never used to pay attention when the thunder roared, the wind blew or the light shown but that is all different now. Drawing upon rock, folk, gospel and country influences with delicate and hard driving bluesy guitar rifts plus soulful harmonica backup. Recorded outside on most takes without special affects to let the Lord interact as he wills in the backdrop. Written for the glory of a Christ that loves all of us, died for us and prayerfully asking for his resurrection power to be seen within the performance, backdrop and natural surroundings noted in the recordings. Therefore, part of the message is the background interaction of nature with the words and lyrics written to the glory of God and how Jesus chooses to manifest himself within each production. It is written to open ones eyes to that majesty and the power of Jesus> The songs and messages are thereby "once I was blind but now I see" productions written to draw people to a saving knowledge in Christ. Nonbelievers need to keep an open mind and listen to the words as they coincide with nature and then go on to investigate the following messages that better explain what the song is trying to convey. Believers will come out encouraged and with their faith increased. Share these to get the good news out as I believe they are a great source of encouragement, enlightenment, joy and a great witness for the cause of Christ. The youtube channel is musicandmessage411 and my name is Steve Kennedy. I am a rural family physician and songwriter that had a near death experience before the covid pandemic and then turned and confessed Christ as Lord of my life. The music has been written in the wake of those experiences and during the tragedy, heartache and subsequent triumphs of of serving as a family physician in that setting. It was both triumphant and catastrophic and only by the grace of God did I make it back from that time period. There is no reason I am on this earth but for the grace of God and that fact became the fuel that drove the writing of the music and message. May you be greatly encouraged and you come to a saving knowledge of this mighty Saviour in Christ Jesus.
