I am a rural family physician and songwriter that had a near death experience before the covid pandemic and then turned and confessed Christ as Lord of my life. The music has been written in the wake of those experiences and during the tragedy, heartache and subsequent triumphs of of serving as a family physician in that setting. It was both triumphant and catastrophic and only by the grace of God did I make it back from that time period. There is no reason I am on this earth but for the grace of God and that fact became the fuel that drove the writing of the music and message.
